The tool

Sizewood is provided as-is and free to use. We aim to keep it available but do not promise uptime, and features may change.

Check the numbers

Cutting lists, machining and prices are generated automatically from your design. They are a starting point, not a warranty. Timber, board thickness and machine tolerances vary between workshops, and material is expensive to get wrong — check a cutting list against your supplier's requirements before ordering. We are not liable for material cut to a dimension you did not intend.

Your designs

Designs you create are yours. Publishing one to the gallery grants everyone permission to open it, modify it and build from it, and grants us permission to display it on the site. You can unpublish a design you own at any time; copies others have already made remain theirs. Do not publish anything you do not have the right to share.

Orders

Placing an order records a request with a reference. It is not a completed sale and no payment is taken through this site.

Accounts

Keep your password to yourself. We may remove accounts or published designs that are used to publish content someone else owns, or to abuse the service.
